Unopened items sold by Shwe Ooe website in new condition and returned within 14 days will receive a refund or exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact support@shweooe.com with the following information:
Order number for the item
Date of arrival
Condition of item at time of arrival
Detailed explanation of the issue
Whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

 

How to Refund 

If your request is reviewed and approved we will send you confirmation email for refund or exchange. Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and typically take 1- 5 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non defective items. 

Exceptions: Items that are opened or used or do not have a tag may be denied a refund or exchange.
